Ginger Lemon Tilapia

Ginger Lemon Tilapia
Fresh or frozen Tilapia(thawed)(2fillets)
butter and olive oil (I used 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil)
1tbl fresh chopped chives (I used green onion)
2tsp lemon juice
kosher salt (I used sea salt)
2 tsp freshly grated ginger
 1 -2 tbl olive oil (I used a little water to steam the fish in a covered pan)
1/4 tsp whole or ground caraway seeds (didn't use)
1tbl chopped parsley (used chopped garlic instead)

so yummy and healthy
